Future of Pico week (Paul Driver email)

SUMMARY Of PICO WEEK
Seventeen children were split into groups as follows:

a) Stage 1 and 2 (including beginners)

b) Stage 3

c) Advanced course: Start Racing

All children were successful in moving up a stage, and one child achieved both Stage 3 and Start Racing.
Three adults and one youth achieved the Power Boat Level 2 certificate, whilst a further adult gained the safety boat certificate. These qualifications will be of great benefit in setting up Pico sailing sessions over the coming months and years.
